All of our products are made to order, which helps us stay agile, efficient and environmentally friendly. Products can take between 1-5 days to be made and will be shipped immediately after completed.

Let us know within 30 days of product delivery and we will get a replacement item sent to you.

Typically we will not issue any refund if you made a mistake in ordering (size, color, etc.) however if there is a problem with your order please feel free to reach out and we can discuss options.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs and pricing differences on exchanges.
